As well as fitting your nutritional needs and diet preferences (vegetarian, glucose intolerant, etc.) I work hard to make a regimen that fits your wants and needs!

If you intend on purchasing a plan, please realize that I work hours on each regimen I design for you and no two are alike. I work hard to make sure UP FRONT you like youre regimen that I provide you. Once purchased I start as soon as your payment has been cleared. Also, once I send over your regimen (I can never get that back). For these reasons alone, I have a NO REFUND policy.
